The blurb on the flyleaf drew me in – ever since Clancy’s Red Storm Rising I’ve been hooked on ideas of what upcoming non-nuclear wars might look like. Unfortunately the nearest this book got to Tom Clancy is when it ripped off The Hunt for Red October at the end of the story. Pretty bad.
